While the NCP or Nationalist Congress Party already supported the volition of the UPA government to launch retail segment to FDI, Ajit Pawar, the Maharashtra deputy chief minister, last Thursday, announced that the state admin will entertain inquiries from the trade unions about the FDI in retail concerns.
