The Congress has been eyeing to avoid going into talks about its coalition with the Nationalist Congress Party or NCP until December 15 for the proceeding Thane Municipal Corporation polls wherein the conference occurred in Mumbai presided by the Chief Minister Pritviraj Chavan as well as MPCC Chief Manikrao Thakre.
