The Maharashtra governing NCP or Nationalist Congress Party showed negative remarks from the declaration made by Prithviraj Chavan, the Chief Minister, wherein according to him, Lavasa City venture was critical for the nation as well as requesting the Ministry of Environment and Forests to award the venture an initial approval.
