The Environment Ministry already gave approval for the phase one of the multi-crore hill municipality venture close to Pune even though with the inclusion of “strict compliance” of particular terms and conditions, following the conference of Sharad Pawar, the NCP chief, and Sonia Gandhi, the Congress president.
