Vandana Chavan, the NCP city leader, revealed that the little attendance of urban voters around 15-30% in polling centers in the Khadakwasla by-elections already heaved problem in the midst of political heads preparing for civic elections 4 months from now. However, the turnout of rural voters is 40-60%.
